Your Onboarding Journey

1. Create Your Account

Sign up through our platform to begin your onboarding process and get your company registered in the GridShark system. Start your account in minutes with basic company details.

2. Account Review & Approval

Each account is reviewed to ensure proper setup and alignment before access is granted to maintain system quality. We verify your account quickly so you can move forward without delays.

3. Activation Email & Access Setup

Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to access your account and begin setup. Use the link to securely enter the platform and begin onboarding.

4. Enter Billing Information

To unlock full platform access and start inviting your team, you’ll need to add a valid payment method. Secure your account and get instant access from day one.

5. System Activation & Prorated Billing

Once your billing information is confirmed, your account activates immediately. Billing begins on a prorated basis from that point forward, starting with the Company Owner as the first user on the plan. Only pay once your system is live and fully operational.

6. Add Your Team Members

With your account active, you can start inviting drivers and admin users. Each new user added is billed automatically on a per-user basis from the moment they’re invited. Set up your full team to maximize visibility and performance immediately.

7. User Invitations & App Access

All users receive an email with instructions and a link to download the app and begin using GridShark. Your team gets instant access to start operating in the field.

8. Hardware & Device Setup

Ensure each driver is equipped with a Windows Surface Pro or other Windows device and VFAN GPS dongle for full system compatibility. Required hardware ensures accurate tracking and optimal system performance.
