All payments made to Gridshark are non-refundable. By purchasing or subscribing to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gridshark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
Gridshark reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
